{HCM/BRVT} Deputy Sales Manager - Wood Furniture

Develop and implement the sales department&039;s work plan, assign tasks, and evaluate employee performance.
Build up strategies, customer database and search for new clients, and maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Department.
Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Participate in price negotiations, approve samples, and monitor mass production orders.
Monitor order progress and handle customer complaints after shipment.
Develop sales for each customer assigned by the Sales Department.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests and resolve issues arising from production.
Manage and resolve tasks in the Sales Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Fluency in English is a must (Proficient in all four skills).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade or a related field.​
Minimum 4- 5 years in a similar position is a must.
Proficient in office computing.
Honest, careful, meticulous, and quick. Able to handle high work pressure.
