Mô tả công việc

The Business Marketing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and increasing market share with existing customers, meeting annual targets, and ensuring high- quality customer service through the supervision of the team. This role serves as the first point of escalation for customer queries and problems, and closely monitors volume and KPI to ensure that team performance aligns with budget expectations.
► Sales:

Handle RFQs and tenders, and participate in MBR and QBR with customers as needed.
Develop and maintain market share with existing customers to meet annual targets.
Provide tools and training for the Business Marketing team to deliver quality customer service.
Generate leads and present business proposals to potential customers.
Protect the company&039;s interests by strictly complying with policies and regulations.

► Operations:

Submit regular reports on service quality to higher management.
Make sure that all data is updated promptly to maximize profitability.
Manage customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
Service all customer needs and handle complaints.
Communicate operational and commercial needs to overseas colleagues.

► Customer satisfaction:

Gather and analyze results from customer satisfaction surveys and propose solutions as needed.

► Others:

Report to direct superiors as requested.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
Manage 04 Sales PICs of Progress management, advice, and support for sales activities.
Making reports to control upper management in English and Japanese.
Regularly monitor emails and respond promptly to messages with the necessary information within 24 hours of receiving the initial inquiry.

Yêu cầu công việc

► Education and experience:

From 02 years of experience in team management.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher from a college or university.
Relevant work experience of at least 03 years in Sales.

► Required skills and abilities:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, with the ability to establish and sustain productive relationships.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical and solution- oriented approach to problem- solving.
Self- starter with a proactive attitude.
Upper- intermediate English proficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills.
A detail- oriented and meticulous approach to work.
Japanese level N2 or higher is required.
Team management and inspiration.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

► Working condition & Benefits:

Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
Others: International working environment with a lot of opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
Annual Salary Increase: once per year
Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday- Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
