PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
Phase 3 (2 months)- Sales and Marketing Integration: Engage in various aspects of our business, including sales operations, key account management, general trade, or trade marketing.
Phase 1 (2 months)- Brand Immersion: Serve as brand ambassadors in retail locations or as TikTok Live Stream Sellers at our headquarters.
Phase 2 (2 months)- Talent Development: Spearhead recruitment and training initiatives for promoters or live stream sellers, either on- site or at our office.
As an MT, you&039;ll cultivate management competencies aligned with our corporate values. Throughout this comprehensive program, you will:
Gain in- depth brand knowledge and refine sales techniques as a brand ambassador.
This immersive experience lays the foundation for your future as a corporate leader in the dynamic FMCG sector
Drive business growth through key account management, trade marketing, and e- commerce platform optimization.
Develop leadership skills by managing store teams or livestreams, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
Bachelor&039;s degree (minimum requirement).
Recent graduates with up to one year of full- time work experience.
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Must be available for full- time, on- site work (remote or part- time arrangements not available).
Self- starter capable of thriving in a fast- paced environment.
Adventurous spirit with an entrepreneurial and experimental mindset.
Performance- driven individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work 6 days per week, with one day off (Monday to Thursday, as scheduled by the company).

Monthly transportation allowance: 200,000 VND (Only available offline sales team)
Monthly Salary: 12 million VND gross.
