JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in CRM systems
Build long- term trusting relationships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Set up demo/ e- meeting between (prospective) clients and Consulting Manager
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Stay informed about market trends, industry news, and competitive products to communicate our value proposition effectively
Present our company to potential clients
REQUIREMENTS
Good in English
At least 6 months- 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Resilient and persistent in cold- calling and handling rejection.
Quick learner with a passion for sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, target- driven environment.
Familiarity with at least one of the CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G- Suite are preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
