JOB DESCRIPTION
EventPlanning
· Assistmanager in planning event calendar for the year in partnership with brands
· Assist
manager in planning and executing product launches, tastings and promotional
events.
· Create eventchecklist with summary of event details + task breakdown
· Create MKTmaterials for events and/or content to promote events
· Arrange POSM,décor, and bottle display + delivery / pickup
· Set up thevenue on the event day
· Host eventand capture photos and/or videos of the event
POSM
· Sourcesuppliers for POSM and prepare quotations and contracts
· Arrange for samplesto be produced and QC with the manager
· QC all POSMafter production and ensure it meets company standard
· Arrangesupplier payments, obtain VAT invoices and submit them to the manager
· Manage POSMinventory and control in- flow and outflow with warehouse
· Arrangedelivery and pickup of POSM as needed / repair for damaged POSM
Social Media
· Assistmanager in creating a social media plan for the year
· Plan socialposts following social media plan and work with design team on image content
· Plan videoshoots / photoshoots to create engaging content and promote events
· Create eventrecap captions and video or image content
· Translate
materials
content for MKT materials and collaborate with design team to create new
· Track socialmedia engagement and provide quarterly reports with insights
Develop email marketing campaigns for customer
retention and new product announcements.
WebsiteContent & E- commerce Optimization
· Updateproduct listings, pricing, and inventory in real- time
· Createcompelling product descriptions
· Manage onlinepromotional calendars and seasonal campaign content
· Track whichonline promotions and content drive the most engagement and sales
· Coordinatewith suppliers on digital promotional materials and product imagery
Flexibility& Availability
Willingness to work weekends and late hours as
required.
Adapt to changing priorities and managing
multiple tasks effectively.
PerformanceEvaluation

REQUIREMENTS
Having a background in Marketing / PR / Event
Management major.
Having work experience in Marketing / Retail
Sales is a plus.
· Advanced of English written and spoken.
· Willingness to work in a team environment.
· Handle multiple tasks.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office
applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
BENEFITS
Working time & Allowances per month (VND)
- Working time: You will be required to work a
maximum of 48 hours per week. You will also be expected to work local public
holidays, as required by business need from time to time. Specific working
schedule: will be advised by the manager when you start working at Mercantile
Fine Drinks.
- Weekly day off 1 day.
- Working shifts: 9am- 6pm, 10am- 7pm, 1pm- 10pm.
- Holidays: In accordance with the Labor Code.
- Monthly allowance:
Phone &Transportation allowance shall be VND1,000,000 per month, claimable with VATinvoices.
Mealallowance shall be VND720,000 per month.
