JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide direct support to the Business Director in handling daily schedules, tasks, and project coordination.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, internal memos, and presentation slides.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow- ups of tasks.
Assist in analyzing business data, conducting market research, and drafting business proposals.
Apply automation tools or AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel AI, Notion AI) to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.
Support in managing special assignments or cross- functional business projects.
Handle various administrative duties and operational follow- ups assigned by the Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Flexibility, Willing to learn and able to work under pressure with changing priorities.
Strong sense of accountability, well- organized, and solution oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
Final year student or 3rd- year student from Foreign Trade University (FTU) or similar top- tier university.
Smart- High level of intelligence, logical thinking, and multi- tasking ability.
Be interested in or experienced with using digital tools, automation, or AI applications in work.
Strong command of English (both verbal and written).
