We are a privately held group and maintain offices across Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos, with are headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After 6 years of strong growth Alchemy is looking to expand with a highly passionate and motivated leader of our finance and supply chain division to join our team based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment tasks (50%)
Screening resumes & scheduling & confirming interviews with candidates.
Updating recruitment database.
Post, update the job advertisement from job boards, careers pages, social networks.
Internal
Com
tasks(50%)
Translate & design posters for Internal communication activities.
Support for data collection & filing documents.
Prepare HR- related reports as needed (annual leave record, monthly reports, etc).
Propose ideas and support to organize company events / internal events.
Completingad- hoc task as requested by the managements.
REQUIREMENTS
Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm).
Can do the design basic via Canvas, etc
Public speaking, hard- working, multitasking, team oriented.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Be comfortable with English writing and speaking.
Open for 3rd – 4th year student in human resource/ business administration/ or marketing.
