JOB DESCRIPTION
DO Sales support
DO Manual maintenance:
Provide support in resolving issues related to sales processes.
Collaborate with relevant departments on scheduling training activities.
Document the promotion, demotion, and termination of DO agents.
Assist the DO team in carrying out activities following DO SOP.
Support new candidates (DO agents) on the onboarding process.
Guide processes related to standard operating procedures (SOP) to all DO members (DTM, DFC).
Customer- related support for DC (processing pending/customer records, ETC.)
Track and monitor all insurance contract delivery to customers promptly.
Coordinate with DTM/DFC guiding claims: this involves guiding customers through the claims process and providing support throughout the process.
Coordinate with DTM/DFC to resolve application pending/docs issues (blur/wrong/unmatch….): this involves handling customer complaints and concerns.
Coordinate with DTM/DFC with underwriting, which involves supporting customers in filling out insurance applications and answering any underwriting- related queries.
Prepare for all customer communication (MOIT).
Sales admin
Collect data & prepare eDM for contest result (monthly, quarterly).
Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by team lead.
Prepare eDM for contest announcement, collaborate with other offline channels to release eDM and timely remind.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive and hard- working.
Good at MS Office, especially Excel.
1- 2 years of experience on administration. Fresh graduate with at least 6- month experience is also considered if having right skills.
Effective communication in both speaking and writing. Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
University graduate.
Careful, detail- focused, well- organized, result- oriented.
