JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in month- end closing process for general ledgers (booking, perform reconciliation,...):
Perform reconciliation for bank, inventory, and other assigned tasks.
Ensure accurate recording of transactions related to compensations, reserves, taxes, and other general ledger entries.
Assist in monthly tax reports as assigned:
Issue VAT invoices for gift or promotion.
Perform Tax reconciliation.
Calculate Withholding Tax for invoice payments.
Administrator tasks:
Liaise with banking partners to process bank payments, including sending documentations and meeting compliance requirements.
Manage data retention activities related to Bank and Tax documents.
REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance.
At least 6- month experience in Accounting/Auditing/Finance.
Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in MS Excel, experience in using Oracle system is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge about accounting and VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards).
Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
Committed and able to meet tight deadlines.
