JOB DESCRIPTION
Work for month- end closing process for general ledgers (booking,perform reconciliation.ie.)
Assist in month- end closing processes,ensuring accurate recording of transactions related to compensations, reserves,taxes, and other general ledger entries.
Perform reconciliations for Bank, inventory,and other assigned tasks.
Assist in monthly tax reports as assignments:
Calculate Withholding Tax for invoicepayments.
Perform Tax reconciliations.
Issue VAT invoices for gift or promotion.
Administrator tasks:
Liaise with banking partners to process bank payments,including sending documentations and meeting compliance requirements.
Manage data retention activities related toBank and Tax documents.
REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance.
Attention to detail and able to work underpressure.
Proficient in MS Excel, experience in using Oracle system is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and able to workindependently as well as in team.
Committed and able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge about accounting. Understandingof VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standards).
