JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
As an Influencer Partnership and Community Engagement Intern, you will be the driving force behind our engagement with influencers and community in the USA. Your role will involve identifying potential influencer partnerships, establishing and managing relationships, and coordinating with our marketing team to ensure alignment with our brand strategy. This role is crucial for expanding our brand&039;s reach, especially in the USA market, and requires a high level of proficiency in English. Previous experience in influencer outreach or community management is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the marketing team to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies.
Actively engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and posts, fostering a vibrant and interactive community.
Organize and maintain a database of influencer contacts and contracts.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
Research and identify potential influencers in the USA market across various social media platforms.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new influencer partners.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new partnership opportunities and community engagement initiatives.
Reach out to and communicate with influencers to establish partnerships.
Assist in creating content and communication strategies for engaging with our community and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational abilities and experience managing contacts.
Enthusiastic and proactive in reaching out and communicating with people.
Comfortable with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, PR or a related field.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
