Category Procurement Intern
Responsibility
To support with necessary works of procurement activities including but not limited to:
Participate in assigned projects as the project member;
Support Category Manager to review procurement process to find the opportunity for improvement.
Facilitate administration works for Buyer to manage the project in terms of schedule, documenting flow, drumbeat meeting record, and make presentation slides;
Assist Buyer to collect internal / external information relating to demand, spend analysis, market intelligence (supplier, operation model, cost model, price benchmarking…);
Support Buyer in various daily tasks such as working with suppliers / internal stakeholders, preparing tender document, drafting contract template;

Requirements:
Ability to analysis data with reports
Ability to work with various people internal / external
Knowledge and practice in Power Query, Power BI is a plus
Current third/final year students studying a bachelor’s degree towards the fields of Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration
Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
Willing to take 6 months duration & ready to start in Jan/March 2026
Critical thinking & negotiation as a required skill
GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4

MEDIA INTERN
What You’ll Do
As a
Media Intern
, you will:
Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth execution
Support integrated media activities across channels
Prepare and consolidate weekly reports to support performance analysis
Assist with campaign execution, monitoring media plans and tracking effectiveness
Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to media projects
Apply creative & agile problem- solving in daily campaign challenges
