Job Description
Manage Master Data management
Assist the Supply Planning team in creating Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP)
Assist the Supply Planning team in creating SOP & planning processes
Assist the Supply Planning team in Inventory Management
Other tasks related to Supply Planning departments if needed
Develop analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI
Job requirements
Willing to take 6 months duration
Current third/final year students studying for a bachelor’s degree in the fields of Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or related fields
Ready to start in March 2026
Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
Knowledge and practice Python/R is a plus
Knowledge and practice in Power Query, Power BI is a must
GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4

Talent Development InternTraining Operation:
Supporting to search/work with external training services providers related to L&D training implementation.
Preparing all training materials, L&D resources related to L&D operation.
Supporting communication (design & copywrite) of training programs and e- learning campaigns in all general and functional areas.
Handling all administration duties related to payment process.
Organizing logistics arrangement for in- house training and external training (training room booking & setting up, meal & parking, participant lists and training memo release, training evaluation, following up training quotation/contract). Following up to ensure training arrangement smoothly.
Reports:
Maintain and update participant training records in the system, ensure the training dashboard reflects current data, and develop section- specific views to enhance dashboard functionality.
Supporting to keep track of the completion rate (including update the report) and support to follow up and chase completion mandatory training courses (CoBC, Anti- bribery).
Project & Ad hocs:
Supporting the deployment of 360 Learning – new learning platform
Other duties in related to L&D as assigned by Talent Development Manager.
Job requirements
Willing to take 6- months duration
Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
Ready to start from March 2026
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office; having basic knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage).
Current third / final year students studying a bachelor’s degree in the fields of Human Resources/Business Administration/Economics or related fields
Basic design skill (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) & copywriting
Open- minded with strong dedication & commitment.
GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
Strong in administrative works & focusing on details.
Good & clear communication
Analytical thinking & organizing and problem- solving skills.
