The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO’s subsidiary, opened 20 years ago,
where we have a market leader position in both Hospital and Pharmacy channels. You will join our
70+ people team to focus on the Specialty Care unit, providing Advanced Wound Care products to
the healthcare professionals in hospital.
This is a 6- month internship position for anyone who looks to set their first steps in the healthcare
sector, and would like to develop a career in marketing and healthcare industry. This intern can
apply for the full time position up on his/her completion of the internship.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Be a facilitator between FieldForce, Marketing and other Business functions during ongoing projects
Assist in the payment process for the Marketing team and follow up on the payment process for the MKT & Sale team
Assist in tracking marketingexpenditure reports and analysis
Assist in event organisingincluding preparation for agenda, invitation letter, registration form &payment tracking for events (training, seminar, workshop, exhibition,advertising, fair, meeting, etc.) as well as keeping track of related logistics
Assist marketing- relatedactivities such as quarterly gimmick plan, control samples and marketingmaterials stock
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Competencies
Candidates with no workexperience are welcome to apply, as long as they demonstrate the requiredcompetencies through university projects and extracurricular activities.
Excellent communication skills,verbal and written
Any Bachelor’s degree,preferably Marketing, Pharmaceutical, etc.
MS Office proficient,especially PowerPoint C. Background
Good time management andorganisation skills with high attention to detail
