JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing candidate recruitment to ensure qualified candidates in current and weekly recruitment request.
Participate in the development of employer branding ideas, engagement employee events, internal workshop
Managing recruitment and selection processes for both all positions (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Other tasks by manager
Searching for potential candidates through Social Media, Job Board
REQUIREMENTS
Able to work full- time at least 6 months
Proactive, able to handle multi- tasks with appropriate priority
4th- year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related majors
Interested in Recruitment
Highly responsible, friendly, patient, proactive, organized
Able to use basically Photoshop/Canva

JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Supplies and Inventory Management: Managing office supplies, ordering new supplies as needed, and maintaining inventory records. This includes ensuring adequate stock levels, tracking expenses, and optimizing cost- effectiveness.
Communication and Coordination: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and facilitating effective communication within the office.
Office Management: Overseeing office operations and ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, supplies, equipment, and services. This includes managing office budgets, coordinating office maintenance, and implementing efficient office procedures.
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office records.
Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel bookings, itineraries, and expense reimbursements for employees traveling on business purposes.
Document Management: Creating, editing, and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. This may involve maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document confidentiality, and assisting with document distribution.
Event Planning and Coordination: Assisting with the planning and coordination of office events, meetings, conferences, and workshops. This may involve arranging logistics, coordinating with vendors, and preparing necessary materials.
Technology and Equipment Support: Providing technical support for office equipment, software, and systems. This may involve troubleshooting issues, liaising with IT support, and coordinating equipment maintenance or repairs.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong technical skills to operate office equipment, manage inventory and handle basic IT/network issues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate staff and adhere to schedules.
Willingness to learn new skills through ongoing training. Flexibility for occasional overtime as required.
Organizational Skills: Office administrators need strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. They should be able to maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and external contacts. Be able to convey information clearly and professionally.
Customer service orientation to provide a pleasing experience for patients and staff.
Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration or a related field.
Multi- tasking and problem- solving abilities to handle interruptions and changing workloads/priorities.
Problem- Solving Abilities: Office administrators often encounter various challenges and must be adept at finding solutions. They should be proactive, resourceful, and able to think critically to resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
