JOB DESCRIPTION
Post job advertisements on suitable online channels for each position.
Organize and store employee files in a systematic manner to ensure easy retrieval.
Other tasks are to be assigned depending on potential and interest.
Support in translation for HR- related documents and prepare HR- related reports, analyze data as needed.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to select potential candidates.
Assist HR team in preparing necessary documents and welcoming new employees.
Support in daily operational tasks of the HR Department to different business groups.
REQUIREMENTS
Good verbal and written English communication.
Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7.
Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure, pay attention to details.
Career orientation for the C&B field
Able to obtain a letter of recommendation from the university
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
HR background or experience as a similar junior HR role is a plus.
3rd- year university students and above, available for full- time internships.
Nice to have: Experienced in coordinating and/or organizing events.
