We work with restaurants, delivery partners, and customers to ensure that everyone has a seamless experience. The team is involved in different aspects, including partnerships with restaurants, logistics for delivery, customer service, and marketing.
Get to Know the Role
You will manage and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with our SMB merchants (restaurant partners), ensuring their success on the GrabFood platform.
You will work onsite at HCM City.
You will report to Account Management Lead, GrabFood.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Develop relationships with main decision- makers within assigned accounts.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to restaurant partners and team members.
Weekly go see the offline restaurant to explore about market intelligence, competitor review, on- ground activities.
Conduct regular check- ins and meetings with SMB restaurant partners to address concerns, share insights, and identify growth opportunities.
Present monthly and quarterly performance reports and recommendations to both our teams and restaurant partners.
Analyze account performance data and develop strategies to increase order volume, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue.
Be a primary contact for assigned SMB restaurant partners, providing guidance to promote their performance on the GrabFood platform.
Collaborate with other teams including MKT, Planning, Ops, Drivers to resolve issues and implement new projects that enhance the GrabFood experience for both restaurants and customers.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or a related role in the food delivery or e- commerce industry
Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
Experience digging into prospects&039; pain points and validating the issues they&039;re facing at all levels
Knowledge of food delivery industry trends and best practices
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Commercial, or related field in Account Management
Demonstrated project management skills
Understanding of local food culture and preferences in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
