JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead in planning and executing marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives, including but not limited to: mega campaigns, TikTok Shopping Center campaigns, seller/creator programs, CSR activities, etc
- Deeply understand audience insight, including: shopper, seller, creator, and market insights to discuss, brainstorm and input for Marketing annual plan/activities/execution of brand plan
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend both ATL and BTL activities to win the battle.
- Execute flawless brand experience across touch points with on time- in full manner
- Be champion of trend & competitor monitoring under agile e- commerce landscape and execute rapid responses to stay competitive
- Coordinate with cross- functions: local teams (Campaign, Creator, Merchants), regional teams (Marketing, Product), and external teams (agencies) and ensure project deliverables
- Accountable for budget analysis and management

REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of marketing principles and be able to implement marketing activities/tool properly such as creative asset production, social communication, media, KOL and PR
- At least 2 years working in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to adapt to evolving trends and priorities
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese (to understand local language and nuances)
