Digital Marketing Management
Campaign Leadership: Lead digital marketing campaigns, managing agencies on creative strategy, media planning, and social outreach (KOLs). Work closely with the internal team to commercialize brand plans i.e. run communication plans and monitor its performance for Product- related events or activities
Website & SEO: Manage the corporate website, including webpage creation, content building, and updating product documentation while optimizing for SEO.
Social Media: Oversee performance and visual direction for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Zalo.
Lead Generation: Manage post scheduling and ensure leads are effectively transferred to the sales team.

Stakeholder Comms: Draft and manage professional Trade Letters and official announcements for both internal staff and external business partners
Internal Comms: Act as the primary editor for internal platforms, including Pardot email marketing, the SikaWorld system, and Microsoft Teams. Ensure all internal news, organizational updates, and marketing milestones are communicated clearly and consistently across the company
Press & Publications: Oversee the drafting and distribution of press releases, technical articles, and corporate announcements to maintain a high share of voice in the construction sector
Media management: Lead the PR agency to execute strategic communication plans and cultivate long- term relationships with industry media, trade magazines, and journalists
Brand Localization: Take global marketing communication campaigns from the Corporate headquarters and adapt them to resonate with the local Vietnamese market context, e.g. Sustainability, New product launches.

Coordinator
CSR Leadership: Lead and execute CSR initiatives (e.g., Green Summer Campaign) in coordination with the HR team.
Budget & Administration
Financial Oversight: Propose yearly/quarterly budgets and manage spending across all channels.
