Advanced Report Development and Analysis:
Develop and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports to provide detailed insights into financial performance, accounting operations, and key metrics.
Lead the creation and enhancement of comprehensive financial and accounting reports for the e- commerce pharmaceutical sector.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
Strategic Financial Insights:
Evaluate and interpret financial performance data to guide decision- making and drive business growth.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and reporting.
Conduct deep dives into financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Work with the Accounting team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
Support the Finance team with accurate and timely data for financial reporting and analysis.
System Improvement and Optimization:
Identify and implement enhancements to BI tools and systems to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall system performance.
Recommend and drive process improvements to streamline financial and accounting operations within the e- commerce platform.
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
Review and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
Data Governance and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to data governance policies and financial regulations in all BI reporting and analysis.
Maintain data security and privacy standards while handling sensitive financial and accounting information.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, and accounting, ideally within the e- commerce or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with a strong track record of developing advanced reports and dashboards.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management and collaborate effectively across departments.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
