The Customer Experience Analytics Intern will be responsible for collecting and
CX initiatives, collaborating with IT, Marketing, and DXT teams.
Job Description:
Track and measure customer responses, including NPS, CSAT, and response rates across different business units.
Monitor and manage the customer survey system, Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to relevant stakeholders for insights and improvements.
Coordinate with BU to fulfill customer contact data (name, email, VIP…).
Monthly updated report to related stakeholders.
Follow up & work closely with DXT team to enhance the system.
Work closely with stakeholders to run CX project including:
+ Prepare, propose and enhance CX communication including email template, customer list preparation, send communication out.
+ Prepare & support admin tasks (collect data, communication documents, arrange meeting…).
+ Managing the timeline of project.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback data.
Interest in customer experience, digital transformation, and data analytics.
Able to work full- time in 6 months.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.
Detail- oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
3rd or final year university student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be in 2026.

Location: STAR Building- 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00)
