JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Objectives:
Check and organize accounting documents in accordance with regulations.
Assist in data entry of accounting documents into the software (input/output invoices, receipts/payments, , etc.).

Perform administrative tasks and archive accounting documents as required.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd or final year
university student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be
in 2026.
Have interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Interested and passionate about administrative processing or seeking to develop a career in the HR field.
Eager to learn, patient, careful and detail oriented.
Ability to work full- time in 6 months.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work full- time in 6 months.
Have planning, time management and organization skills.
BENEFITS
Internship allowance: 5,000,000 VND

Location: STAR Building- 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00)
