JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the team’s consultants in:

Support PIT finalization.
The processing of payroll and benefit administration for Clients.
Handle all admin and paperwork accurately and properly.
Monthly payroll statements; and related quarterly and year- end reports exactly and in a timely manner under supervision.
Declaration of monthly & quarterly PIT.

REQUIREMENTS

Have planning, time management and organizational skills.
Have interpersonal and communication skills.
3rd/final year student in HR, Business Administration, Economics, English Language, or other related majors.
Ability to do multi‐tasks.
Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Careful, detail‐oriented, proactive.
Proficient in English and MS Office.
Able to work full‐time in 6 months.

Allowance: 4.250.000vnd/month + 250.000 parking fee/month

Location: STAR Building- 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00)
