JOB DESCRIPTION
Schneider Internship Program offers a 6- month professional trial aiming at attracting, growing and developing the most competent university students across the country into the Company and groom them to become future leader pipelines of Schneider Electric.
The Program also looks at offering a real business context outside of education environment and as one of the Vietnam Best Places to Work for students to apply and pursuing career themselves with Company in both technical and commercial career paths.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sample handling/clearance, etc. in analysis room
QT9 update, concession/SPN tracking, SSP- SCM data for report
Support SQE/MQE for CR monitoring
Monitor PPEP closure status and digitization database.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Willingness to take responsibility and result oriented, ability to work as a team.
Prefer student in Industrial Management or System Engineering
Third or Final year student – University degrees in Electrical/ Mechanic / Electronic Engineer;

Accounting Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
Local tax compliance and in particular declaration, payment and documentation
Helping the accounting manager for implementation of internal controls in all accounting and tax
Support the Accounting Manager to optimize set up, quality and check- up of Accounting and Tax processes and tools
In collaboration with tax ensure preparation and accuracy of tax returns
Review of tax / accounting reconciliation
Working closely with the General Accountant, supported by FiSS and external accounting provider
Understand SE Tax for compliance with local and international Tax requirements
Accountable for deliverables of accounting processes done by FISS, external provider and local team
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
Technical knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and country accounting (statutory & tax)
Skills:
Ability to synthesize and identify key priorities and problems and explain complex issues in a simple manner
Process oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)
Having learning agility
IT savvy and tools oriented
Capacity to collaborate and manage stakeholders (Accounting Manager, FPA – Financial Planning & Analysis, General Accounting, FISS (Finance Shared Services) team)
Education:
CPA, ACCA certified is preferred
Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing from credit university

· Strong knowledge Assy Process flow design, Lean manufacturing
· Knowledge of Automation & system programing skill for PLC, HMI, Microsoft Visual Studio, C++ .net, SQL Database).
· Project management skills to collaborate with internal teams & external vendors and communication Tracking Action
· Knowledge of Automation Machine, standard equipment, test benches build
