HQJ Coffee School là SCA Premier Training Campus đầu tiên và duy nhất tại Việt Nam được công nhận đủ điều kiện máy móc, trang thiết bị, cơ sở vật chất cho TOÀN BỘ 5 bộ môn của Chương trình đào tạo Kỹ năng làm cà phê (Coffee Skills Program) thuộc Hiệp hội Cà phê Đặc sản Quốc tế (Specialty Coffee Assocation); cụ thể bao gồm: Cà phê nhân xanh (Green coffee); Rang (Roasting); Thử nếm cà phê (Sensory); Pha thủ công (Brewing) và Barista.

JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Support: Collect and follow employee documents, manage employee files
Assist to prepare and submit all legal reports/VAT invoices to authorities to be completed on time and complied with Vietnamese regulation
Manage Visa/Work Permit/TRC for expat/students from outside
Manage office clearing service, procurement such as stationeries
Other admin task to support the Director and School Manager as assigned
Write reports after class, monthly/quarterly reports as assigned by the Manager
Work directly with the Director and School Manager
Working hours: 9h- 18h, from Monday to Saturday
Translate conversation/documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
Support Event/Workshop
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication, organization and time management skill
Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to handle multi tasking under high pressure
Ability to write reports as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably English- related)
Pay attention to details
Demonstrated fluency in English

Gross salary: 8- 9M/month

Viết content
Quay, chỉnh sửa, biên tập video.
Duy trì hoạt động của công ty trên các trang mạng xã hội (Facebook, Instagram, Website,...) như cập nhật post, hình ảnh, event sự kiện,...
Chụp ảnh các hoạt động, sản phẩm,... của công ty.
Thiết kế các sản phẩm hình ảnh phục vụ truyền thông, quảng cáo và in ấn.
REQUIREMENTS
Biết quay, chụp bằng máy ảnh
Biết biên tập, dựng video.
Có tư duy sáng tạo.
Không yêu cầu phải có kinh nghiệm làm việc trước đó tại vị trí tương tự.
Biết tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
Biết sử dụng phần mềm thiết kế.
