JOB DESCRIPTION
We have a strong professional team with size under of 20 staffs in Ho Chi Minh City office. In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for FIVE (05) young and dynamic employees to share the passion and show the eagerness to grow up with us in two (2) services included:
Administrative Services for expatriates: Vietnam Visa, Work Permit and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) for expatriates;
Outbound Visa Services: Visa obtaining for Vietnamese and expatriates for business and/or tourist purpose.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support to fill in relevant forms;
Supporting to collect or deliver dossiers from customers;
Support to contact with authorities;
Support to liaise with customers to get information to carry out the services;
Support to provide consultant services to the customer.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel) and Internet surfing;
College or University degree with the major in Tourism, Administration, English and other relevant majors;
Could communicate by English well;
Detail oriented, carefulness is a must;
Good organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
Have a gentle and service- minded communication manner;
Being pro- active, honest, flexible, reliable hard working.
