WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Support compliance with operational SOPs, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in monitoring shipment progress and report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to Operations executives for further action.
• Support coordination with vendors, terminals, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and shipment movement.
• Assist in preparing and checking shipping and operational documents using internal systems, for both airside and landside processes, based on specific instructions.
• Support the Operations team in shipment execution activities after bookings are confirmed.
• Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Able to read and write emails in English for daily work communication.
• Responsible, quick learner, and open to feedback.
• Good teamwork spirit and coordination skills.
• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in airfreight operations and execution processes.
• Willing to work in a fast- paced, operational environment.
• Careful, detail- oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
