JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of Interpretation & Assistant to GD, Performance Evaluation & Meeting Coordination:
ASSISTANT TO GD (CHINESE):
− Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations for the departments as assigned by Line
Manager on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
− Collaborate with Department Heads to devise performance calculation methodologies for
departments.
− Follow up the key tasks with relevant Departments as required.
− Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the Board of Directors and
relevant departments.
− Assist the General Director for interpretation, translation and other related works.
− Prepare & generate reports as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Education background:
− Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree in Languages/ Business Administration /Economics or
related major.
− Having experience in Chinese Interpreter/ Assistant related positions is an advantage.
Working experience:
− No work experience is required.
Skills:
− Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 or above) & English.
