KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Document Filing and Tracking:
Collaborate with the People Services team to assemble, organize employee profiles for record- keeping purposes.
Ensure that all employee profiles are properly labeled, secured, and stored according to established procedures.
Ensure accurate and up- to- date filing systems, both physical and electronic, to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Assist in organizing and maintaining employee profiles, such as resumes, contracts, and other People Services paperwork.
Office
Relocation Project Support:
Assist in coordinating logistics, such as preparing employee move schedules, updating contact lists, and communicating relocation details.
Help with the physical relocation of PPLS- related files, ensuring their safe and organized transfer to the new location.
Collaborate with the People Services team and other stakeholders to support the smooth execution of the office relocation project.
Document
Mailing to Employees:
Prepare mailings, including printing, sorting, labeling, and filing documents for distribution.
Support the People Services ELC team in mailing important documents to employees.
Maintain accurate mailing records and ensure timely delivery of documents.
General
Administrative Support:
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting practical solutions.
Provide general administrative assistance to the People Services team, such as data entry, scheduling meetings and responding to user inquiries.

About you
EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
3rd- 4thyear student pursuing Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Attentionto detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
Proactiveand self- motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
Strongorganizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
Proficientcomputer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
