The role:
With our ambitious growth goal for the brand, we are looking for a Brand MKT Admin Intern to assist our brand marketing activities. You will be working under the direct supervision of our Brand Marketing Specialist as a part of our Brand Marketing team, taking care of the daily administration work. The ideal candidate shall be a team player, detail- oriented, hard- working and tech- savvy who is willing to deliver flexibly under pressure and changes.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist in some of the Brand MKT team’s daily campaigns and activities, such as:
Research and follow- up on KOL campaigns
Do seeding through various social media platforms
Create always- on social content
Support other tasks assigned by the line manager
Follow the stock of brand items and other team stationery
Prepare requested materials and support regular research, reports, team events, and meetings
Prepare and keep track of all payments for team activities, including influencer booking, PR, and other vendors for various markets
Requirements:
Competent at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Be able to commit at least 32 hours of work per week, excluding weekends
Have strong sense of “being extremely careful" and have detail- oriented and organizational skills
Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities, especially paperwork
Hard- working and proactive with a willing- to- learn and willing- to- do mindset
Good English communication (both speaking and writing)
Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fields
