JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Intern at Garmin Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations through various tasks aimed at optimizing customer relationships and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
Regularly updating and refreshing forecasting data to facilitate informed decision- making.
Managing the customer price book and setting up customer price levels to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Assisting in the setup of promotion schemes to drive sales and customer engagement.
Providing ad- hoc support to the sales team as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Processing Customer Account Setup (CAS) applications efficiently and accurately.
Assisting in monthly revenue projections by generating revenue reports and analyzing trends.
Conducting analysis of sales orders by region or account to identify opportunities for improvement.
Setting up Vietnamese descriptions to enhance product understanding and accessibility in the market.
Compiling and preparing sales reports as requested by sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handling Account Receivable Management tasks to ensure timely collection of payments.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Good English skill
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Can join 06 months full- time intern
