POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNTANT
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Genkin is looking to hire an Accountant to join our team. You will support the Operation Manager in mastering the accounting system, financial reports, and resolving data- related challenges. To do well in this position, you should possess a meticulous attention to detail, have a background in accounting, and demonstrate a profound comprehension of prevalent data analysis tools and databases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the business operates within the allocated budget.
Process and record daily financial transactions, including inputting invoices, receipts, and other transactions into the accounting system.
Monitor and reconcile accounting balances, ensuring the balance between assets, liabilities, and equity of the business.
Prepare and submit tax schedules, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and monitoring changes in tax laws.
Support both internal and external audit processes by providing information and addressing auditor inquiries.
Maintain and update ledgers, accounting systems, and relevant documents to ensure transparency and internal control.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Ensure that all accounting activities comply with relevant legal regulations and accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Particularly Microsoft Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
A bachelor&039;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often required
Age: Up to 34 years old
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
