JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Manage WOM Campaign
Manage the execution of Social (WOM) campaigns, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the marketing objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners (Agency) to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
Livestream Operation
Responsible for livestreaming operations, reporting performance after livestream, paperwork processing with vendor for gift/product delivery, register TnC with SCT (Sở Công Thương)…
Activation offline
Tracking gift, report performance, register TnC with SCT (Sở Công Thương)…
Other tasks
Tracking gift, support work with creative agency to develop creative asset (EDM), POSM,
Working Location: Abbott Office- Me Linh Point, Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, HCMC
Project Management Oversight:
Oversee project management to ensure the smooth execution of all social campaigns, from planning to airing.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners (Creative Agency) to ensure campaign progress and quality are maintained.
Campaign Airing Management:
Manage the entire airing process, ensuring all campaigns are aired on time and meet established objectives.
Coordinate with relevant departments and creative partners to ensure seamless execution of social plans.
Campaign Optimization:
Continuously review campaign performance, optimize based on real- time data, and apply key learnings to improve outcomes.
Track actual campaign execution and make timely adjustments to meet the goals.
Post- Campaign Analysis:
Organize and conduct evaluations of campaign execution both before and after campaigns to ensure effectiveness and goal achievement.
Conduct post- campaign analysis to derive insights and recommendations for future campaigns, ensuring ongoing improvements in media strategy.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and update campaign progress weekly/monthly, ensuring timely communication with direct management and project teams.
Ensure compliance with all processes and proper documentation of campaign activities.
Prepare reports and complete other related tasks as assigned by the Integrated Media Marketing Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or any other related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation.
At least 1- 2years at the same position
Strong understanding of KOL/KOC scouting and WOM/influencer platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
