JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage staff’s competency and performance, and plan to improve them when necessary;
Planning, managing, and evaluating the internship training program and on- job training program;
Manage learning culture and people development activities;
Other tasks from the direct manager.
Collaborate with HR to organize all training activities, and employee engagement activities;
Host the selection and recruitment of candidates for the Golden Owl internship program;
Design & deliver training programs (orientation, culture, soft skills, management…);
REQUIREMENTS
Final year student or Bachelor&039;s degree from a university (English language, Economics, Psychology, Education, L&D major);
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent; Experience in training, including teaching English to Vietnamese children or adults is a plus;
Personal laptop required.
Be confident, sociable, considerate, and dynamic, be responsible, detail- oriented, and come along with a positive attitude;
Have IT basic knowledge & terminology is a plus;
Know how to analyze training needs for the company;
Have good presentation and mentoring skills;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Estimate and implement tasks, follow quality guidelines and time plan or the project
Work under coaching of team leader or senior developers
Practice coding with high quality and effective outputs
Report task progress everyday
Support other team members (PC and QC, team lead, other engineers)
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge about Git and SQL is a big plus;
Able to work full- time at GO office (Mon- Fri);
15 months working after internship commitment.
4th- year/nearly graduate students majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related fields;
Strong background knowledge of HTML, CSS, OOP, database;
Personal laptop required;
Having experience with PHP (Laravel Framework) in school projects or previous internship;
