Tuyển Dụng Thực Tập Sinh Kế Toán Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION

Verify, reconcile, organize, and store invoices and documents promptly and in compliance with regulations.
Support the review of payment documents, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections.
Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, balance sheets and income statements.
Assist in payroll processing for employees.
Input accounting data into the system as required.
Perform other tasks as requested (e.g., submitting documents to tax authorities and banks, drafting petition letters, reviewing historical tax data).
Participate in other specialized accounting tasks (with guidance).

REQUIREMENTS

Last-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related majors.
Dynamic experience in school/social activities or internship experience will be a big advantage.
Proficient in MS Office. Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers. Familiar with Misa is a plus.
Attention to detail, Time Management skills, Task management skills.
Can-do attitude, Proactiveness, Self-learn skills.
A personal laptop is required;
12-month commitment working full-time after the internship

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support recruitment team in all recruitment activities, such as: arrange tests & interviews, contact candidates, build database, headhunt both IT and non-IT professionals
Support for recruitment events and company’s activities such as: Career Day, Job Fair and other related events.
Building, perfecting and developing recruitment culture.
Coordinate with other departments to implement team-building plans, company trip,... employee engagement events.
Other recruitment duties and tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

Senior students or fresh graduates majoring in Human resources, Business Administration Business English or other business-related fields.
Can work full-time from Monday to Friday.
Personal laptop for working is required.
Passionate about recruitment and interested in developing a general HR career.
Active, positive, honest, careful, hardworking, and responsible.
Able to work independently.
Good command of English is preferred.
