JOB DESCRIPTION
Help manage and update the lead database weekly
Join internal and external meetings, take meeting notes
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Assist in searching and contacting client leads via email or social platforms
Assist in sourcing suitable vendors (content, design, seeding...)
Help gather campaign data and feedback from clients after the service
Answer client inquiries via social media or hotline
Support in preparing documents such as contracts, quotations, payment notices, etc.
Complete tasks assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS
Able to stay focused and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment
Good command of English (both verbal and written) is a must
No experience required, but interest in Digital Marketing or Influencer Marketing is a big plus
Basic skills in task organization and communication tools (Email, Zalo, Excel, etc.)
Comfortable asking questions when things are unclear
Detail- oriented and willing to learn
