JOB DESCRIPTION
C&B Support.
Support data updates and filing of employee records in both HR systems and hard copies
Assist in preparing timekeeping, payroll, bonus, Social insurance and allowance data as instructed.
Data Management & Reporting.
Support data consolidation, reconciliation, and analysis related to payroll, insurance, and benefits.
Perform data entry, reconciliation, and preparation for periodic reports.
Communication & Employee Support.
Assist in drafting documents and preparing internal communication materials on compensation, benefits, and HR policies under supervision.
Perform administrative tasks to support HR communication and employee engagement activities.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
No prior experience required. Candidates with career interest in C&B/Total Rewards are preferred
Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Laws, or related fields
Familiar with English at work.
Strong data consolidation and analytical skills; detail- oriented.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient in basic Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, or design tools (Canva, AI tools…) is preferred.
