JOB DESCRIPTION
· Identify and explore potential recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
· Conduct in- depth research and sourcing to build a robust candidate database aligned with client requirements.
· Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and client specifications.
· Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
· Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including data entry and documentation.
· Assist with other recruitment- related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· 4th year students, priority given to students committed to working full- time;
· Good communication skill;
· Strong research and analytical skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases
· Ready to onboard ASAP
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
