JOB DESCRIPTION
- Draft documents, application forms, submitting the applications, etc.;
- Support Manager and other legal team members in carrying out the administrative procedures directly at the government departments;
- Research related regulations;
- Translating legal documents (Vietnamese and English);
- Preparing, reviewing and revising various documents and conducting various legal researches, submitting applications to government agencies, drafting initial documents.;
- Preparing materials, presenting documents, supporting training organization; and
- Report and escalate to the manager/line supervisor as needed;
- Record and arrange the legal documents, conducting preliminary contract reviews, drafting simple documents.;
- Other legal tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- The 4th year student with Faculty of Laws
- Able to meet a full time working schedule from 4 to 5 days per week (Mondays to Fridays)
- Knowledge of Commercial law, Investment law, Civil Law, Foreign investment; Corporate Governance and Compliance
- Ability to communicate well in English, fluent in both verbal and writing
- Have a university internship recommendation letter
