tooversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth freight forwardingprocesses while handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate willcoordinate shipments, manage documentation, and support operational efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Logistics &Freight Forwarding Operations:
● Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB,invoices, packing lists, etc.).
● Track shipments and update clients on cargostatus.
● Handle operational issues in organizing clients’shipments.
● Support reporting and basic officeadministration when required. including procurement, inventory management, andcoordination with vendors.
● Liaise with shipping lines, airlines,transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost- effectivedelivery.
● Coordinate and monitor freight forwardingactivities, including import/export, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
● Excellent communication and problem- solvingskills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain,Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3 years of experience in logistics, freightforwarding, or supply chain operations.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,Outlook) and logistics software (e.g., Cargo Wise, SAP, or equivalent).
● Ability to work under pressure and managemultiple tasks efficiently.
PreferredQualifications:
● Familiarity with incoterms, HS codes, and trade compliance.
● Multilingual skills are a plus (e.g., English,Mandarin, or any regional language).
● Experience in handling sea freight, air freight, and land transport operations.
