Ivy+Partners is seeking a dynamic and motivated Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands- on experience in the fast- paced world of influencer marketing and contribute directly to our clients&039; brand growth and digital strategy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will be instrumental in supporting the full scope of our influencer marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Influencer team, helping to manage relationships, track performance, and ensure campaigns align with brand goals and values.
What You Will Do
Creator Identification: Identify relevant and emerging creators to drive brand awareness and strengthen community engagement.
Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular reporting and insights on content and influencer engagement across various platforms.
Daily Support: Support the Influencer team with daily social media and general influencer marketing activities.
Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor influencer performance and lifecycle progression, utilizing data dashboards and established benchmarks.
Performance Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights into content and campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute impactful influencer campaigns, from initial concept development through to final launch.
Database Management: Assist in growing and meticulously maintaining the influencer database, ensuring all profiles align with the client&039;s brand identity and values.
QUALIFICATIONS AND

Communication: You are fluent in Vietnamese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Social Media Native: You are an active social media user who loves to catch new trends and is passionate about working with influencers and creators.
Tech- Literate: You are comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new software and tools with ease.
Analytical Mindset: You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret data to inform decisions.
Attention to Detail: You are thorough and detail- oriented, ensuring accuracy in databases, reports, and communications.
