Operation Executive Full- Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Proactively resolve issues: Use initiative to address on- the- ground challengeswhile staying within established processes.
Manage cycling tours and team- building experiences: Plan, book, and executethese events accurately and within budget.
Cultivate supplier relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships withsuppliers.
Maintain operational efficiency: Adhere to established processes, procedures, andsystems across all managed accounts.
Handle administrative tasks: Perform necessary administrative duties.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with key stakeholders (Tour Guides,Product, Sales, Suppliers, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations andcontinuous service improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred skills and qualifications
Learner & Doer in tourism industry at least 06 months.
Self- sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to demonstrate core competencies of achieving results with others, analyticalthinking, problem- solving skills, time management, project management,stakeholders management, and results orientation.
Service- oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity applications and platforms.

Content Creation & Scheduling:
Source and organize photos and videos from our adventures.
Schedule posts and manage our social media calendar.
Create content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikToketc.).
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for comments and messages.
Assist in responding to inquiries and engaging with our online community.
Identify and track user- generated content.
Social Media Monitoring & Reporting:
Compile basic reports on social media activity.
Stay up- to- date on current social media trends.
Assist in tracking social media metrics and performance.
Administrative Support:
Help organize and maintain social media assets.
Assist with various administrative tasks related to social media management.
Assist with influencer outreach and coordination.
Learning and Development:
Actively participate in training and learning opportunities.

Learn about the travel and adventure industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Creative and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity applications and platforms
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,etc.).
A passion for social media and a strong interest in the travel and adventureindustry.
Photography & videography skills are a plus.

Business Development:
Conduct small- scale market researches to identify potential segments.
Attend occasional client meetings (offline or online) and provide meeting notesafterward.
Make partially sales kit or pitch proposal.
Update sales records/reports
Search, find and connect to decision makers or contact points in targetedclients/business partners.
Organize and clean up weekly or monthly lead database.
Intern&039;s Duties:
Support proposal and contract preparations as required.
Set up meetings and prepare materials for department organized events.
Do other admin tasks when required.
Research and update industry news to identify opportunities/clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: Currently pursuing a 3 or 4- year undergraduate degree or postgraduatedegree.
Experience: Previous sales internship (or experience) preferred but not required.
Skills:
Sales- oriented
Strong communication skills for internal & external purposes
Enjoy networking and cultivating relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in the national local language and English
Knowledge:
Passion in Travel/Tourism Industry
Understanding the Destination Management system is preferred but not required
