JOB DESCRIPTION
To prepare and submit documents in the fields of foreign investment, enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
To support contracts and other documents signing.
To provide other support to the direct manager that may be required
To draft, review contracts and other documents.
To update and support the legal department in advising on legal information related to the Company’s field of activity.
To support English- Vietnamese translation.
To provide administrative support to the direct manager as needed
To perform legal research as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Computer proficiency: MS Office applications.
Work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
The ability to follow instructions accurately, the ability to absorb large amounts of complex information and attention to detail;
Good attitude;
Fluency in written and spoken English (to translate contracts between English – Vietnamese and boss speaks English)
Final year at University in Law, especially the major in business law or international commercial law and finish your thesis
Strong organizational and research skills;
Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and writing skills;
