JOB DESCRIPTION
PwC Legal Vietnam is a full- service legal practice with a focus on corporate/ M&A, foreign investments, commercial, property, projects & infrastructure and employment. Due to growth and existing client needs, we are currently seeking interns to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Responsibilities
• Perform legal researches.
• Work with senior lawyers in providing legal consulting services to local and foreign clients on all aspects of Vietnam laws (corporate, commercial, employment, investment, mergers and acquisitions, etc.);
• Support in drafting legal documentation and ensure projects are delivered on time and meeting clients’ expectations;
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Fresh graduates or working experience in foreign law firms or prestigious Vietnamese law firms;
• Ability to work effectively either independently or in a team.
• University graduate majoring in Law;
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner;
