JOB DESCRIPTION
This internship is designed to provide hands- on support to the Admin Department and assist in daily operational tasks. The intern will work under the guidance of senior staff to learn key administrative processes, contribute to team efficiency, and gain practical experience in a professional office environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills while providing crucial support during a period of team transition.
Provide support in scheduling meeting rooms, managing company vehicle logs (e.g., gasoline tickets), and other daily administrative tasks as assigned.
Assist in preparing and organizing documents for work permits, visas, and resident cards for expatriates. Help maintain and file important company legal documents and vendor contracts.
Support the creation and distribution of internal announcements, memos, and notices. Help maintain and update company administrative templates and formats.
Contribute to departmental projects and take on other supportive duties delegated by the supervisor.
Others as assigned by superior.
Aid in managing office facilities, equipment, and supplies. Support the tracking of fixed assets and help coordinate basic maintenance requests.
Assist with the procurement process for office consumables and supplies. Help manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and document handling.
In charge of receiving, sending, and handing incoming and outgoing documents, couriers.
REQUIREMENTS
► Education and Experience
No prior professional experience required; a strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential.
Third- year, Final- year student or recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Ability to interact respectfully with team members at all levels.
The ability to comprehend basic instructions, read documents, and communicate in simple English (both written and spoken) is necessary for this role.
Detailed oriented and service mind- set.

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday- Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)

Allowance: 3.000.000 VND/month
