JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Executive is in charge of the client relationship and reporting, as well as the quality of the agency&039;s ongoing and final work- product, client and internal communications, and a performance- based culture.
Key Obstacles:
Commit to a timeline and a scope of work.
Deal with clients and account servicing on a daily basis.
Ad hoc problem solving in both internal (creative, manufacturing) and external environments (client)
Persuade clients to accept the agency&039;s recommendation
Under the guidance of an Account Manager, manage assigned accounts and projects.
Working time: Mon to Fri (8:30 AM- 5:30 PM)
Provide an in- depth understanding of the client&039;s industry, business, consumer, and brand
Provide solutions to ongoing internal and external challenges
Commits the team to the highest standards for all agency work
Be willing to assist colleagues in resolving program, client, or internal issues.
Keep up with market trends, and competitor activities
REQUIREMENTS
Good communications in both Vietnamese and English (verbal & written)
Time management & teamwork
Creativity, attention to detail, and neatness.
Passion for digital marketing and brand development
Strong research skills, be active
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
