COE COLLABORATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create/edit wholesales and delivery orders for wholesale team upon request in system
Create/edit goods returns and goods issues upon the request in system
Distribution stocks of stores on the system following request form Merchandising team.
Daily Stock Report and Sales report as required COE Manager
Reposible about all temporary stores (Bazzar Stores) in system : dispatch orders and received orders,…
Assist with other reports and data extraction when needed.
Other duties as required by the job and as assigned by COE manager

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in excel
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
College or higher.
Full time 8 hours/day (9AM-6PM), from Mon-Fri.
Working in office: Lottery Tower, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Dist 5, HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

All task below apply for brands:
Foot Locker, Converse, New Balance, Crocs, Birkenstock, New Era, Smiggle, Haddad, Multibrands concept, Bata

Paperwork task:

- Payment request and follow up

- Contract follow up

- Performance report follow up

- Product seeding process & follow up

- Daily management.

Others:

- Documentation management

- Other request from Marketing manager

REQUIREMENTS

Ablility to complete tasks on time
No requirement in experience. Having similar experience is a plus
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field.
Full time 8 hours/day (9AM-6PM), from Mon-Fri.
Working in office: Lottery Tower, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Dist 5, HCMC

Salary: From 7M - 8M per month + Monthly Parking Fee.
