JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate for pre- testing of Toys, Baby apparels, such others products prescribed by law of land.
Provide data of sub- label for 3PL to print and stick on imported products.
Update MD teams & Finance team for any lacking qty or defect qty of shipments and support the claim process.
Liaise with forwarders, insurance company for broken/ damage qty not caused by factories, suppliers.
Coordinate with transporter and DC regarding delivery of shipments after the custom clearance process completed.
Update shipment data in the MAP Solusi System or manually for the purposes of weekly / monthly Shipping Tracking report.
Arrange for re- packing (if required by Brand team and approved by BOD) before GR at DC.
Controlling documentation needed (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, COO) for custom clearance processes.
Daily follow up to suppliers, forwarders regarding new shipment in order to ensure all of delivery process runs smoothly.
Input all landed cost and monitoring GR at DC by checking list of the goods match with the system to ensure all goods are successfully arrived.
Reconcile shipping data vs master buy list of MD teams to do request form for Article and PO creation.
Reconcile and ensure 100% data accuracy of GR qty between WMS and SAP.
Coordinate with MD & Planning teams to execute quantity need by product category, monthly.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 year experience in the field of Export- Import
Experience in working with a western- style corporation will be a great advantage
Proficient in Computer applications
Able to do multi- task and flexible
Self- motivated, detailed- oriented and able to work independently without close supervision
Must be able to work in fast- paced environment
Good command of spoken and written English.
