JOB DESCRIPTION
• Report any incidents or issues with buildings, machinery, and equipment that you cannot handle to management for timely resolution.
• Suggest ideas for improving processes and instructions related to the safe operation, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings, machinery, and equipment.
• Follow safety measures and company instructions, regulations, and rules while working.
• Install, move, and relocate equipment, tools, and supplies when required.
• Maintain and manage tools and maintenance supplies provided.
• Support and guide employees regarding operational and maintenance procedures and regulations.
• Carry out regular and unexpected maintenance, repairs, and fixes as planned to ensure machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Assist in overseeing contractors and outsourced services during the installation and professional repair of new assets to meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
• A degree from a university or college in Electrical, Electronic, or a related field.
• Basic English language skills for effective communication at work.
• Physical strength and good hand- eye coordination.
• A minimum of three years of hands- on experience in repairing and maintaining smart buildings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
