JOB DESCRIPTION
Translation Activities:
Interpret for foreign employees in meetings, trainings, etc.
Support the translation of other documents and texts as requested by the departments.
Translate documents and texts related to the work of foreign employees.
Administrative SupportActivities:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department such as: collecting documents, processing administrative procedures (purchasing, etc), etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
Bachelor&039;s degree in English or a related major.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (speaking and writing).
Skills:
Excellent translation skills, ensuring accurate, fluent and easy- to- understand translations.
Good organizational and management skills.
Good communication skills, with the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in using office software.
Qualities:
Honest and ethical.
Highly adaptable and eager to learn.
Good team spirit.
Hardworking, meticulous, and highly responsible.
